(5/5) Stumbled upon this gem of a store while stopping over in Denmark for a night, and I couldn't have been happier!Went in expecting the usual tacky and massively-overpriced pressed amber (you know, like those pieces with perfectly-positioned insects modelled slap bang in the middle of crystal clear orange plastic lol) - but was delighted to instead find a gorgeous variety of bonafide amber in a wonderful range of sizes, settings, and flavours, from caramel and cognac, to egg yolk (milky) and cream (white). There was a 40% discount being offered on everything, which brought the prices down quite palatably.I had an marvelous time admiring all the gorgeous specimens of Baltic amber (especially those mouth-watering antique pieces in the display case at the back of the store!), and an even better time having a lively natter with Gigi, the wonderful and incredibly friendly lady who was looking after the store that day. She really knows her stuff, and was more than happy to impart some practical wisdom on distinguishing real amber from the legions of fake stuff, among other things.If the store hadn't been closing at 7, I would have happily spent the rest of my stay there!But in the end, I left with a generous chunk of raw beach amber, as well as a tiny bracelet of delicate round milky egg yolk beads.Can't think of better souvenirs to remind me of my wonderful stay in Copenhagen than these lovely pieces of Denmark's national stone!TL;DR: If you're a bit of an amber addict/crystal fanatic like me, you won't regret visiting this store (though, fair warning, your wallet probably will)!

(5/5) My mum, sister and I bought a few pair of earings and rings. We spend much time at the shop deciding what to purchase as everything was so beautiful, but the lady was very patient with us. The jewelry was nice but the lady was nicer and made the shoping experience extraordinary.

(5/5) Storekeeper was a patient Asian lady who was professional and kind. I left the store with some happy purchases made for my mother and myself. Importantly, I enjoyed the experience spent in there and I could tell that she likes and knows what she’s doing.

(5/5) I am in love with the shop!!!! The customer service is amazing! There was a sweet man who really helped me find the best ring and made sure everything was perfect for me. We had a great time chatting and he showed a lot of knowledge about amber. I left the shop super happy and with a lot more knowledge about amber. People please help small businesses as they are professionals who besides working have a unique passion for their business!This shop will definitely be my first stop when I return to Copenhagen! ❤️

(5/5) Highly recommend. I had a delightful visit in this little store that has a very large selection of amber jewelry available. The customer service was really friendly and there was air condition which made me stay longer as the temperature outside was almost 30 degree. I'm very happy with my purchase.

(5/5) De har 50% ophørsudsalg, ærgerligt den lukker efter så mange år. De laver nogle virkelig smukke rav smykker, jeg købte også selv et sæt fornylig af sommerfugle i rav. Ejeren er en sød ældre herre, han er ikke så god til de sociale medier og jeg synes det er synd der ikke kommer flere kunder end der gør. Den er lokaliseret på strøget i København en fin lille rav butik. Hvis man vil gøre sig et kup skal det da være nu imens der er 50% 🤯 de sælger også rav med edderkopper eller insekter i. De er selvfølgelig noget dyrere, men så er besparelsen jo også enorm med 50%Har vedhæftet billeder af mit sommerfugle sæt jeg købte derinde 😍🥰

(5/5) Visited Copenhagen and bought two very nice amber bracelets in this shop. Service was excellent and had a great time chatting with the lady! Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to purchase amber jewelry in Copenhagen. Also went to other amber shops during our stay but this shop has the best deal (in my opinion best quality too).

(5/5) This shop is a gem, visit it! Chanced upon it and met the shop owner who is a lovely, patient and friendly man, clearly passionate about ambers. There is a great variety of ambers of different colours (beyond the more common orange and red ones), and cast in sterling silver or 14karat gold. Most of the ambers are from Denmark and he would inform you if they were from other regions. The prices are very reasonable, particularly as there is a store wide 40% sale as he is winding down the business. Ended up unexpectedly picking out several pieces for myself as well as for mum and girlfriends as gifts. If you’re looking for a unique and valued gift, or just passing by, don’t miss this shop!
